The Blitz Gundam from Gundam Seed is probably my all-time favourite, but I have some favourites from the other series as well!
Gundam Seed: As mentioned, the Blitz Gundam. It looks really cool and can turn invisible! Seed Destiny: The Abyss Gundam because I like the colour scheme and it can turn into a submarine. Sorta. Turn A Gundam: The title Gundam, the Turn A. It has a very unique design, and I also love the custom model that shows up in Build Fighters. Victory Gundam: The Victory 2 or V2 Gundam. Great design, nice colours, and I generally like how it looks. 08th MS Team: The Ez8 Gundam. For a suit basically built out of spare parts, it looks great and performs really well. Gundam Age: The Gundam Legilis, although I love all the Age Gundams pretty much equally. Cool design, and it's piloted by telepathy!
Not sure what my favourite suits are from the Build Fighters series yet, so I'll post those later.
